Do you offer ski valet?

Ski Valet Services will be unavailable in the 2025-2026 ski season.

When was the hotel last renovated?

Please note that Snake River Lodge's standard rooms and main lobby will be undergoing a renovation and rebranding as Faraway Jackson Hole, slated to launch June 2026. However, all available guest rooms are located in a separate building and will remain unaffected by construction or noise. While on-site amenities will be temporarily closed, guests are invited to enjoy the restaurant, pool, and hot tub at our sister property, the Alpenhof Lodge, during their stay.

Is Wi-Fi Available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in our public areas and guest rooms.

Is The Hotel Wheelchair Accessible?

Does the hotel offer parking?

Guests enjoy free self-parking as part of our Resort Fee. We also offer 24-hour valet parking for $18 per day.

Are you pet-friendly?

No. Although we do not allow pets, we accept service animals.

Is there a guest laundry?

Yes, we offer guest laundry services.

Do rooms offer coffee makers, microwaves, and refrigerators?

All guest rooms are equipped with coffee makers and mini-refrigerators. Some suites have full kitchens.

Can I Request For A Rollaway Bed To Be Placed In My Guest Room?

We offer an assortment of rooms that accommodate up to six guests. Unfortunately, rollaway beds are not available. We are happy however to help review room options with you to make sure that you are comfortable.

Can A Cot Or Crib Be Supplied In My Room If I Am Traveling With An Infant?

Yes, we have pack-n-play cribs available upon request. Please contact us as early as possible via text or email at hello-jh@farawayhotels.com, with a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can plan for your arrival.

Is Breakfast Included In My Room Rate?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh complimentary coffee from our lobby.

Can I Store My Luggage Before Check-In Or After Check-Out?

Yes, please see our front desk for luggage storage before check-in, or after check-out.

Where Should I Leave My Room Key(S) When I Check-Out?

When checking out, you may drop off your key(s) at the front desk or leave them in your room.

What Are The Front Desk Hours Of Operation?

Our Front Desk Team is available 24 hours a day.

Can I change the dates of my reservation?

Once the reservation is inside of 21 days prior to arrival, lengthening your stay may be possible based upon availability. If changing your dates inside of the cancellation period results in shortening your stay, the total charges of the original reservation are still applied.

What is the deposit policy?

40% of the total charges for your stay will be taken upon confirming your reservation. If your reservation is made within 21 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the total charges are taken when your reservation is made.

What is the cancellation policy?

You must cancel 21 days before arrival to avoid a penalty for your stay's charges.

Can I Request For An Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out?

If you need to request for an early check-in, you can email your request to hello-jh@farawayhotels.com or reply to your pre-arrival SMS. If you need a late check-out, simply reply to the pre-arrival SMS we sent you. If you are at the hotel, you can also ask one of our team members in the lobby. Please note all requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on your check-in date.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your check-out date.
