Can I Request For An Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out?

Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and while we will do our best to accommodate it, they are not guaranteed. If you arrive before your room is ready, we will be happy to store your luggage so you can begin exploring town or enjoying our onsite amenities.

During the peak seasons our Front Desk is available 24 hours a day.

Yes, we will gladly store your luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

Is Breakfast Included In My Room Rate?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh complimentary coffee in our lobby every morning from 7am -11am.

Can a Pack-n-Play Or Crib Be Supplied In My Room If I Am Traveling With An Infant?

Can I Request For A Rollaway Bed To Be Placed In My Guest Room?

What Is The Hotel's Pet Policy?

Pets are welcome in our select pet-friendly rooms for $100 per night, per pet. Limit of 2 pets per room and guests will be required to sign a waiver at check-in. Reservations for pets must be made in advance - please contact the hotel to let our team know your furry friend will be joining you.

Is Smoking Allowed In The Rooms, Or On Hotel Premises?

Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms or on the hotel premises. Should there be evidence of smoking in your guest room, a $250 fee will be incurred.

What is the Deposit policy?

A deposit equal to 40% of the reservation is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the card on file. Reservations booked inside 21 days from arrival date are charged full and final payment at time of booking.

Is there a Resort Fee?

Yes, the hotel has a resort fee of 10% plus tax.

Do I Need A Credit Card To Check In, And Does The Hotel Require A Hold To Guarantee Incidental Charges?

-A valid credit card will be required upon check-in.

-A pre-authorization hold of $200 for the duration of the stay is taken at the time of check-in to guarantee any incidental charges. Any unused portion of this hold will be voided and released upon check-out and may take up to 3-10 business days for funds to be restored (ie. will not appear as a refund), depending on your financial institution.

What Is The Hotel's Cancellation Policy?

Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm at least 21 days prior to arrival or the reservation will be charged for the entire stay.
